GOOGLE FORMS

 Google Forms is software for running surveys that is part of Google's free, web-based Google Doc Editor suite (Wikipedia, 2022). In this blog post, I'll walk you through the steps I took to make my Google Forms survey. When you first open up Google Forms, it looks like the picture below.



Then I added a title and description where I stated the purpose of this survey.


In the screenshot below, you can see that when we add questions, we can choose the type of question in the top right corner, where we can also add custom options. Since this section is about gender identity, I added a multiple-choice question. You can also make the question required or not, as you can see in the bottom right corner.


For the next steps, I went on to add a cyber security question as you can see below.


You can also change the background color, font style, and many other things to make the Google Forms theme fit your needs. As you can see in the screenshot below, there are many things you can change.
